About the Event
Dr. Hu will demonstrate selected Taiji-Qigong movements that pay tribute to supernatural beings and beliefs in Chinese folk culture. Participants are welcome to learn the meditative movements and practice together. Wear loose clothing for easy stretching and breathing. Flat sport shoes are recommended.
