Learn Six-Word Formula Therapeutic Qigong for general wellnessa and healing in three consecutive weeks (Feb 2020. 5, 12, 19, Wednesdays). Come in loose comfortable clothing for better stretching and breathing awareness. Exercises can be practiced while seated as well.
